The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the Grand Bazaar and public transportation such as the Eminonu Sultanahmet tram station and the nearby bus stop. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer great views, while the staff provides excellent service and speaks English fluently.
Some guests have noted that the hotel is located on a busy road, which may result in occasional noise during the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the old city center. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to a tramway station and close proximity to all the main tourist places. The nearby shops were also convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, taking care of any issues that arose during my stay. I was particularly impressed with the rooms, which were well-equipped with basic amenities and even had a bathtub inside. I had a wonderful stay at Menar Hotel&Suites -Old City Sultanahmet. The staff were very good too make me feel at home. One evening, when I returned to my room, I found a tray of delicious coffee and cakes waiting for me, compliments of the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel valued as a guest. The room itself was spacious, with a balcony offering fine sea views. The location was perfect, with historic landmarks just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and comfortable accommodations.

Great location with a sea view balcony and friendly staff. Within walking distance to major attractions. 24/7 shop next door and nearby restaurants and shops. Clean rooms with all necessary amenities. Excellent service, always helpful.

As party people, we loved the lively atmosphere and social vibe of the hotel. The staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning.

The location in Old City is perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions. The hotel is sparkling clean and has great facilities. I had a parking spot right in front of the hotel and transportation was very convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing everything we asked for.
